I read some where in one of the buddhism magazines – “Forgiveness is about helping ourselves, not the people who hurt us” . I truly believe by reaching out to your old friends, no matter who or what caused the pain and separation, you are taking good care of your “self” and doing the RIGHT thing. If your old friends reach back to you, it’s only beneficial to them.

At times i am really amazed how resilient you are. The thing that comes into my mind now is – “It’s not how many times you fall that matters, It’s how many time you get back up.”. I think you are doing just that. Keep it up.

Thanks Laksh!! I don’t know these days if I am doing anything right! Really seems like I have the penchant to always end up wrong! God if She exists only knows if I will ever do anything properly!!! I do know I am lucky to have friends like you!! That is when I feel blessed

Apar, you did the right thing and trust me I understand how you feel for I am very like you with respect to people. I do not let go if I can help it. Whether or not people respond is immaterial. I am glad you gave in to how you feel about them and acted on it.

It is not just getting in stricter laws but making sure that they are enforced properly! & yeah…it is probably because of my broken iPhone! LOL. I do love my iDevices too… It has helped me finish 2 books and am on to my third now!!

I don’t mind in general having special days for certain occasions to celebrate the progress we made in areas such as equal rights, women rights or what not. I wish the people with power work bit harder to continue make progress in these areas and bring stricter laws.

Hey Apar, on a good note, it made you blog one more time. I see you are blogging more often this month. hahaha, I hope it’s not due to your broken iPhone5. I do love my iDevices.

Hahahaha…I know that feeling (your relief, i mean). I have writtedn about how my phone is just an alternative for gtalk and winamp i am a complete text msg person. So, if I cannot make/receive calls, my joy knows no end

On a serious note, i do hope your phone is fixed soon! An iPhone can’t disappoint people like this

Only YOU can answer. As long as YOU make the decision as your heart says, nothing can go worse, even if it turns out to be not so great decision. At the end, there is no one to blame other than YOU. And when we blame ourselves (for making not so great decisions), it does not hurt that much. At least that’s what i learned my life experiences.

I guess the question also is which path am I to take from here on forward? Which is the one that will get me some happiness?!? Don’t know. Ignorance certainly is bliss
